ABOUT
Hey I'm H.D. Pine! I typically write in the YA and NA space with horror and fantasy my genres of choice, usually with a touch of romance and mystery. As a Neurodivergent Queer Indigenous (Metis and Saulteaux/Anishinaabe) writer I am passionate about creating stories with the representation I always craved but never had growing up.
When I'm not writing I can usually be found reading, baking, beading, learning a new hobby (roller skating anyone?), and entertaining the whims of my pets.

Boys start to disappear in Lyric’s backwards backwoods hometown and the last person they were seen with is her best friend and unrequited crush, Eleanor. After a bloody encounter Lyric questions if the connection is all in her head but as the boys start to turn up dead, Lyric must investigate the cultish town Eleanor calls home and if there is something monstrously wrong with her best friend.
